This is a hands-on position starting from November 2015. It involves acting as an expert in the Greek National Broadcasting Television products and operations to consistently elevate the performance of the company's operations by improving processes, workflow, quality and reporting performance. In charge of technological areas for Product Development and new digital services. With more than 20 years of experience in the Internet and Audiovisual industry and skills like:
• Broad Experience in Content and Deals Negotiation for all media: Digital - All Platforms, Live and On Demand Services
• Product Development for Internet and OTT Services
• Highly experienced in Content, budgeting and financial aspects/
• Fluent in English,
• Leadership approach: Inspirational, Motivator and Reliable.
Responsible for the complete delivery of the ERT’s online platform, which includes a infrastructure refresh, site data centers, streamelining the platforms, operational processes and developing a number of procedures in order to support corporation-wide digital archive & file-based, digital WebTV and Hybrid TV production media workflows. Relatively, it includes daily auditing of Quality Assurance processes and making recommendations to improve quality and coordinating team workflows around troubleshooting technical problems, as well as preparing for new launches, including the generation of any required content. Apart from scaling our support model by identifying and driving improvements to vendor operations, delivering regular support reports with detailed analyses of support trends and product issues is performed.
