Patrick Ferguson is the TiVo Head of User Experience Tech Sales in the EMEA, APAC, and ANZ regions for Xperi. With over 10 years of experience in product strategy across both the operator and middleware vendor sides of the video industry, he has been a key contributor to TiVo’s expansion efforts of its cloud-based IPTV user experience footprint. Patrick drives success rooted in strong partnerships with pay TV operators, championing next-generation video solutions with easily accessible content across multiple device platforms. Previously, he was the Head of Video Product Management at TDS in the USA, where he led a team of product managers responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the company’s QAM and IPTV product portfolios.

He has been involved in Germany’s first HDTV launch as Head of Receiver Strategy and Purchase at Sky Germany (then still called “Premiere Fernsehen”) and has spent over a decade at Nagra thereafter. In his role as General Manager Licensing and Partnerships at Nagra his team managed 150+ global technology partners that laid the foundation for him to now connect his clients with outstanding skills of a long-term trusted partner network – hence the motto: “Connecting the Dots – Connecting people”. Prior to launching his own company he has been Samsung’s Director Business Development EMEA for STBs and Gateways working with leading European Telco and PayTV operators.

Katerina Kaskanioti, Pay TV Executive Director at Forthnet, with a history of working in the media industry. Since 1997 she assumed regularly duties in several sectors of pay TV in Greece. She started as Production executive, continued as Business Development Manager, moved on to the Channel's Program Direction and in 2002 she became Director of Nova, the first pay TV platform in Greece and Cyprus launched by the NASPERS group. Following Nova's acquisition by Forthnet in 2008 she continued holding a Director's post in company's organisation, with broader areas of responsibility. She is in charge of the programme's strategy and content acquisition while in parallel, she supervises and coordinates pay tv operations, production and technical divisions.

In 2006, TPS became part of CANAL+ GROUP. In CANAL+ GROUP, Cédric leaded technical HD migration on satellite position ASTRA 19.2 and technical relationship with third party editors. In 2014, Cédric joined CANAL+ INTERNATIONAL, a CANAL+ GROUP subsidiary for heading Broadcast & STB topics for African (French speaking sub-saharian countries), Asian countries, French overseas and European territories (except France) on DTH, DTT and OTT.
